In 2021, closed borders and rolling lockdowns shut down the fleets of chauffeurs who traditionally invest in the 8 seater V-Class van.
In response, Mercedes-Benz looked to the booming SUV market, and their wealthy family customer-base. But to capture this style-conscious audience, we first needed to address vans’ image problem.
